When I was just a kid adults in my environment could easily silence me whenever by giving me just a piece of paper and a pencil. During their midnight card partys I started to show the signs of what's inside me. The same age I have turned towards photography, the solitude of the lab attracted me a lot, and also the popularity of a photographer.
Later I was often unsatisfied with the post process and graphic design of my photos when promoting them on the market. The early 80's I knew very little about coarse or fine screen, or halftone process, grating other mysterious things, so I had to get started with an intensive self-instruction so I could achieve whatever result I wanted with my photos.
The self-instruction is of course still in progress, since informatics technology merging with photography made it mandatory for me. For the past ten years I made my graphic works for the purpose of printing on a Wacom digital pen tablet, to avoid the time and quality loss with digitalizing. Since digital photographic techniques in everyday work developed enough to take it over from analog methods, I barely use film. Of course, nostalgia is still living inside me, I hope I'll have opportunity to use archaic photo and graphical tools, but the impatience what characterizes our era yet won't allow it for me.
